Most online casinos feel like you’re shouting into a void. You deposit, you spin, you withdraw – and the site never once acknowledges you exist. That’s not the case at casino-and-friends.co.uk. From the moment you sign up, there’s a real sense that the platform actually gives a damn about keeping you around. It’s not just the 7,200+ games or the slick SkillOnNet backbone – it’s the way the whole experience is tuned toward making you feel like a regular, not a number.

The Welcome Bonus That Actually Takes Effort

New players get 125 free spins on Book of Dead after depositing £10. That sounds generous, and it is – but the 60x wagering requirement on winnings is a grind. I cleared it, but only because I planned around it. You get 30 days, and only slots count. The max bet is 10% of your spin winnings or £5, whichever is lower. Claim it when you’ve got time to spare, not as a quick hit.

Here’s how to claim the welcome offer:

1. Register a new account at Casino and Friends
2. Deposit at least £10
3. Receive 125 bonus spins on Book of Dead instantly
4. Wager any winnings 60x within 30 days
5. Withdraw your cash once wagering is met

Loyalty That Doesn’t Punish You for Being Human

The loyalty programme runs from Level 1 to 56. You’re enrolled from your first deposit, and you never drop down – no resets, no losing progress because you took a month off. The catch? You don’t always know what the next level unlocks. Some tiers give spin bundles or bingo tickets, others just keep you guessing. It’s not perfectly transparent, but the fact you can’t lose ground makes it feel fair. Check the progress bar next to your balance to see where you stand.

Slots That Actually Feel Curated

With nearly 80 providers, the game library is huge. But it’s not just a pile of thumbnails. The site organises slots by theme – Bookshelf, Vegas, Fishing, Egyptian Wonders – plus a Recommended for You section that learns what you play. Megaways fans get around 300 titles, including Piggy Riches Megaways and Extra Juicy Megaways. Jackpot chasers can filter by Hot Jackpots, Trending, or Daily Jackpots, with real-time prize pool updates on each thumbnail. Some progressive pots hit seven figures.

Here are three of the most played slots right now:

• Big Bass Bonanza
• Sweet Bonanza 1000
• Book of Books

Payment Methods at a Glance

Deposits start at £10, withdrawals at £30. The site uses a closed-loop system – you’ll usually need to cash out via the same method you deposited with. Big wins over £5,000 trigger extra verification, which can slow things down. Here’s the full table of accepted options:

The Bottom Line for Regular Players

Casino and Friends gets the fundamentals right: fast withdrawals, responsive live chat (start with the chatbot Marcus, then escalate to a human), and responsible gaming tools that actually work – deposit limits, reality checks, GamStop integration. The mobile site runs perfectly in a browser, so you don’t need the app. The only real downsides are the lack of demo mode for slots and the occasional opacity in the loyalty rewards. But if you’re looking for a UK-licensed casino that treats you like a mate rather than a wallet, this one’s worth your time. Just be smart about that welcome bonus – it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
